Even though we were not planning any major fundraising events this year, I am keen to keep the fundraising going in some way to keep the charity in peoples minds. So, in August I will be cycling the entire route of the Leeds Liverpool canal, and back, over four days, unaided and with no support. Just me, my bike and a tent. The route is over 254 miles there and back and takes me right over the Pennines at over 470 feet above sea level. The event is now in the final planning stages and I have a website set up to follow the progress of the planning, training and of the event itself.
